MAXXUS Wetroom Former

Our MAXXUS preformed wetroom base is the strongest of its kind.  When tested over 400mm joist centres, it could support a load of 470kg (75 stone) without deflection, so eliminates the need to underboard.  At 22mm thick it fits within existing floorboards to create a no step, level access floor, and therefore doesn't require the height of the finished floor to be raised.

The MAXXUS is available in 9 different sizes, but each base may be trimmed down to any size.  The offset drainage hole allows you to rotate the wetroom base so that the drain avoids the joists.

The MAXXUS is supplied with the MINIMAX drain, suitable for both tiles and vinyl floor finishes.  This drain projects only 62mm below MAXXUS, but flows at 48 litres per minute.  The MINIMAX has a patented NOOD no-odour trap without a water seal.
