Villeroy and Boch Technology
Ceramicplus easy-care surface finish
The ceramicplus finish is applied to the nonvitreous wall tiles at the factory. Large water droplets containing dirt particles quickly flow off this easy-clean surface finish. The tiles therefore require much less care. Often the only cleaning materials that are required are water and a cloth; aggressive cleaning agents are redundant. The outstanding properites of ceramicplus have been confirmed by the independent Fraunhofer Institut in Braunschweig.
Vilbostoneplus
Vilbostone porcelain stoneware tiles from Villeroy & Boch meet the highest aesthetic and technical quality standards. Thanks to the special hardness and density of the material, they have a long service life, are robust, colourfast and resistant to both chemicals and frost. Vilbostone tiles are available for all application areas - both inside and outside. These advantages make vilbostone an outstanding covering material that stands head and shoulders above many other covering materials.
Vilbostoneplus is a surface seal which further enhances these properties for all matt porcelain stoneware tiles. During the manufacturing process the structure of the tile surface is sealed to such an extent as to further increase the tiles' resistance to staining and dirt, as a result of which subsequent treatment of matt tiles with impregnating agents becomes unnecessary.
