The Mattonella Victorian geometric floor tile collection has been created to give you maximum choice.  Our various suppliers include Olde English and Original Style.  This enables us to offer an extensive variety of patterns and colours. 

Our Victorian floors are made up of individual tiles, which are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours, allowing you to customise the example designs to the exact colour combination you require.  We can recreate patterns from photographs/drawings or you can even develop a custom pattern of your own.

The Victorian floor tiles are fully vitrified and frost resistant, so are suitable for both interior and exterior use.

The example designs and borders are split into 2 sections.  Example Designs 1 and Example Borders 1 are taken from the Olde English Geometric Victorian Floor Tile range.  Example Designs 2 and Example Borders 2 are taken from the Original Style Victorian Floor Tiles range.  These have been kept separate as each supplier has a different choice of colours, and the sizes are slightly different.  As such the 2 ranges are not interchangeable.  However, if you like a pattern from one range and a border from the other, we can sometimes create a matching equivalent.

If choosing a central pattern with a border running around the outside, it is sometimes better to leave a gap between the walls and the border pattern, and to fill this in with a larger plain tile.  This accommodates walls that aren't perfectly square, and doorways.  In the main image above you can see that a black infill has been placed between the border and the wall.
