We have a range of specialist underfloor heating products to suit all situations. Our standard matting is a powerful 160 watts, which means it will heat your floor more quickly than some lower powered mats.

We also have a 200 watt system for sole source heating. It can even heat conservatories.

Also available is a loose cable system; ideal for odd shaped areas.

Although all of our underfloor heating products are suitable for use in bathrooms, we have a Bathroom System which is specifically designed for wet bathrooms, with an external earth braid which makes it the safest underfloor heating system in the world.

To complete the range we have Fog Free Mirror Mats which keep your mirrors free from condensation.

For total control of the system, we have a Programmable floor thermostat which allows you to set the times you want the heating to be operational, and also the maintained temperature. This allows 100% efficiency.

Guarantee

The underfloor heating comes with a 10 year manufacturer's guarantee. This guarantee not only covers the heating but also the floor covering. If there is a manufacturing fault the guarantee covers the cost of taking up and replacing the floor finish, in addition to replacing the heating. Since the manufacturer starting trading in 1987 they have not experienced a single failure caused by faulty manufacturing.

Is it expensive to run?

Based on a kilowatt of electricity costing 14p per hour, 1m² of the standard mat costs approx 1.6p per hour.  This is a worst case scenario as once the mat is up to its set temperature the thermostat will turn it off meaning that the running costs could be reduced by as much as 50%. 

A bathroom using a 3m² mat on an uninsulated floor would cost approximately £7.50 per month to run.  With insulation or tile backer boards this running cost can be cut by as much as 50%.
