Online Ordering

What is the order process?

Choose the items that you require in the catalogue and add to your cart. When you've finished, check out and you'll be asked for your contact details. We will check stocks and ring you on the contact number to arrange delivery, and to take payment.

What is the lead time?

The Villeroy & Boch tiles have a lead time of approximately 3 weeks to arrive in the UK. However, if the tiles are already held in the UK they can usually be dispatched the next day. We will advise if this is the case when we confirm your order. Please contact us prior to ordering for details on a specific product.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery of tiles costs £23.50 per order (inc VAT), within mainland Britain.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, with the exception of American Express. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer.

Can I return any extra tiles?

We do not accept tiles back for refund so ask that you order carefully. We have a quantity calculator to assist with working out how many boxes of Villeroy & Boch tiles you require.

Do I have to purchase full boxes of Villeroy & Boch tiles?

Villeroy & Boch tiles are sold in full boxes only.

Can I buy any other products online?

Currently it is only Villeroy & Boch tiles and the Winchester Tile Collection in our online shop.  However, you are able to purchase Victorian Floor Tiles, Underfloor Heating, Wetroom Trays, Natural Stone, and Original Style products without visiting the showroom, by either calling us on 01785 813915, sending an email to info@mattonella-tiles.co.uk, or through the contact form.
